Ryan is a Green Beret who has a diverse background in various fields. He has experience running a successful CrossFit gym and competing in cyclo-cross, road racing, tough mudders, and other endurance events. Ryan has also coached cyclists, mountain bikers, obstacle course racers, special operations candidates, and individuals looking to improve their health and energy levels. He is skilled in teaching basic to advanced-level pistol and rifle courses, rope rescue, wilderness medicine, and basic outdoor survival skills. Ryan has mentored and coached various groups of people, from special forces commandos and tactical law enforcement teams to grandfathers.
